Can we stop telling women to BE FEARLESS, please?

Personally, I’m thrilled to have a functioning amygdala, and I’m also grateful for that inner voice that warns me to approach with caution when I am trying something new. That fear voice lets me know I’m on to something really BIG. Here's to being FIERCE, not fearless, and my mental hacks and actionable tips for how I face my fears.
