Hey, I have to interrupt to tell you that we are starting 21 day challenges again. And I am pumped for this. You got to listen up because everything's changed. We used to do 21 day challenges.

21 days of walking, 21 days of no caffeine, God help us, 21 days of no drinking, etc. Some of you might be familiar with that. They were held in Facebook and honestly that's why I stopped doing them. I just do not love Facebook.

I'm not very active there and I just, I. I don't want to hold groups in Facebook just for a myriad of reasons. So I started looking into other spaces where we could meet.

And I don't want to hold it in WhatsApp or some group app that we all have to download to be in together. Like, that's the last thing I want to do is ask you to download a new app. So we're going to do them in Instagram. They will live in Instagram.

Many of you, whether you're active or not, already have access to Instagram. And I did not know until recently that I could create a private group in Instagram available to subscribers only. So that is what we're going to do.

We start March 1st with 21 days of movement for 21 minutes or more. And I have to say, if spring is coming for you, okay, then this challenge is absolutely ready for you.

Like, I can't think of a better way to head into spring than to do a 21 days of movement challenge. And how they work, in case this is new to you, is we check in every day. The accountability is 92% of the value of these challenges.

But also we interact. I share daily inspiration, I share daily coaching and those daily check ins. That's where the accountability happens.

It is accountability extraordinaire for 21 days in a row. And honestly, you would be so surprised at what can happen in 21 days. This is habit formation at its best.
